ADMISSION PROCEDURE    
         
 

STEP 1 – CREATE ID

   
      Create a Login ID for Purpose of admission only using your current email address to which school will communicate with you during the entire admission process.    
           
     

STEP 2 FILL FORM

   
    Fill in the online form    
    Submit the form (You must click on the button "Confirm and submit to school" to final submit the form. Otherwise the form will not be accepted)    
    Print the completed form    
     

You will now receive your first SMS and Email confirming "submission of form" online.

   
     

PLEASE NOTE: This is only the confirmation of form submission not registration.

   
           
     

STEP 3 – REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

   
     

You will receive a second SMS and email informing you as to when you can come to pay the registration fees and complete other registration formalities. The date will be allocated on first come first serve basis in order of submission of the form, online.

Allocation of campus is computer generated based on area of residence & availability of seat.

   
           
     

AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY :

   
    Print out of the online registration form submitted by you.    
    Photocopy of the birth certificate.    
    Passport copy with valid residence visa page or the application for visa.    
    Copy of emirates ID or the copy of application for emirates id.    
    Four RECENT passport size photographs.    
    DHS. 420 Registration Fees (Non refundable).    
           
     

PLEASE NOTE:

  • You are required to come and complete registration formalities on the assigned date and time only, failing which the submitted online form stands cancelled.
  • Registration Fee is not refundable.
  • Registration fee will be accepted by the accounts department of the allocated campus only on the date/time given to you through the SMS/ Email sent to you.
  • Kindly ensure that all fee dues for siblings already in school are cleared or else registration for the new child will not be accepted.

   
           
     

STEP 4 – REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

   
     

Registration Fee payment slip is the confirmation of registration.

   
           
     

STEP 5 - Interactive Session for KG I / Entrance Test for KG II to Grade X

   
     

 

   
      INTERACTIVE SESSION FOR KG I    
    2-3 days after the completion of registration you will receive an SMS and email asking you to choose your appointment date and time for the interactive session.    
    Appointment allocation is on first come first serve basis.    
    For booking an appointment online, you must go to Admission>>Fix Appointment    
    Appointment selection will only complete if the compulsory online questionnaire is filled and after that by selecting the appointment date.    
    Please note that the selected date for the interactive session will not be changed under any circumstances.

ENTRANCE TEST FOR KG II TO GRADE X

   
    Admission will be based on the child’s performance in the Entrance Examination which will be held on a specified date.    
    You will receive an SMS and email informing you of the date and Time of entrance exam.

Transfer Certificate Requirements:

   
           
     

STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION FROM THE O LEVEL SCHOOLS

   
     

Transfer Certificate has to be submitted before the 2nd week of June and will join school in September.

   
           
     

STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM LOCAL EMIRATES (SHARJAH)

   
     

TC has to be attested from the previous school and other documents are same as mentioned above.

   
           
     

STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM OTHER EMIRATES( E.G. DUBAI)

   
     

TC has to be attested from the previous school and other documents are same as mentioned above.

   
           
     

STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM USA AND EUROPE COUNTRIES

   
     

TC attestation not required for the students those are coming from USA, Canada, New Zealand and European Countries. They should have a letter from the school and the original mark sheet of the last exam written. Other documents are same as mentioned before.

   
           
      STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM INDIA    
     

They have to register with us and they have to appear for an entrance exam when they come to UAE after completing the final exam. At the time of registration they should produce a copy of the latest report card either the midterm or half yearly exam.

   
           
     

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE ATTESTATION

   
     

Transfer certificates to be submitted after the result of the final exam with attestation from the:

   
           
    Ministry of Education or CBSE Board or District Education Officer.    
    UAE Embassy in India or Indian Consulate in Dubai.    
    Ministry of Foreign Affairs in India or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE.    
           
     

STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM ANY SCHOOL IN GCC AND OTHER COUNTRIES.

   
     

Transfer certificates to be submitted after the result of the final exam with attestation from the :

   
           
    Ministry of the Education of that country.    
    UAE embassy in that country.    
    Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country.    
    Indian embassy of that country.    
         
      It is strongly advised that you use Google Chrome OR Mozilla Firefox to fill the form.    
      You must click on the button "Confirm and submit to school"  to final submit the form. Otherwise the form will not be accepted.
