Dipsite Nityaansh Parekh of Grade 11-J has co-authored a collective book of poetry titled “Beats of Their Drums”, which was launched at the Sharjah International Book Fair on 10 November 2021, Wednesday. Personal Note from Nityansh:

I had started writing poems and short stories at a very young age. Once the zephyr of words starts blowing there is no turning back. Words begin to arrange themselves in tandem, until gradually, a satisfying conclusion is felt. I almost always carry a book with me (from Chekhov to Murakami). Being overtly conscious of my work, I was always afraid of putting things out. This has definitely been a very humbling experience for me, and I would like to thank all my beloved teachers and my dearest friends, here at DPS Sharjah, for being my anchor in this tumultuous world.
