CCE Creative Learning Clubs

Quality education is not all about classroom bound knowledge. It is the zest to learn from the basic and most common visual experiences and intellectual experiences that a student picks up from the environment and uses the foundation of knowledge and discretion to choose the best and imbibe them into his personality and life. Learning is an unstoppable process of human race and it happens at each and every stage and at every moment. It is education that enlightens us to identify real learning.

CBSE Board has  instructed schools to provide the platform for students’ participation in Health and Wellness Clubs, Dramatic Clubs, Eco Clubs, Science Clubs and other related activities as these activities are important for the holistic development of the child.  

CCE Clubs and DPS


DPS Sharjah has always been conscious of the varying needs and interests of the learners and has been working within the frame work of CCE to contextualize aspects of the learning curve to the  language, society and environment in which students are engaged in day to day life. DPS Sharjah is proud to announce the launch of three exclusive clubs for the students of grades IX and X .
  “CCE Creative Learning Clubs” is a  portal where endless possibilities are generated , researched and put into action and thus  enable students to make creative and informed decisions and prepare them for the demanding world of tomorrow. Year 2011 will see the introduction of three EDU CLUBS-Word No Limit, GLOBAL Voices and HEAL. It will be a tool to broaden the literary, social and environmental skills and help children attain a greater understanding and ability to make decisions and choices.
The Core: Life skills, research, environmental education.

Kindly Notice

  • Membership is compulsory for all students of Grade IX and X.
  • Each student is required to choose any ONE club of his/her choice.
  • Choice of Clubs is strictly on a firstcome first serve basis.
  • The club will meet once a month after school hours.
