DPS MUN 2007

(DPS Sharjah Model United Nations 2007)

The DPSMUN 2007, Model United Nations Conference, was officially inaugurated in a solemn ceremony on 9th November 2007 at the new auditorum. His Excellency Mr. Dileep Nair, Consul General of Singapore, Mr. Batavia, Director DPS Sharjah, Mr. C.N Krishna, Director I.A.H.V and Mr Jamal Al Falasi, UN Youth Representative graced this function with their august presence.

  

 
 
 
 
 
                                       

Catch The Action 2007 Tournaments

(Sundeep Batavia Cricket & DPS Interschool Basketball Tournament)

An extremely exciting and adrenaline pumping 12 day sports extravaganza came to an triumphant end with DPS Sharjah Team clinching the cricket and basketball titles ( Boys) of the of the 4th Sandeep Batavia Memorial Cricket Tournament and the 2nd Sharjah Cement Interschool Basketball Tournament.

 

 
 
 
 
 
                                       

Scholar Badge Ceremony-Senior School

(Academic Year 2006 – 2007)

 

For more than 200 students from Grade 9 to 12 who worked their way to the top echelon of recognition and highest honour, it was a moment of fulfillment far exceeding their expectation as they proudly received the scholar badge title from the chief guest Dr. B. Himaya Al Biya - Eco Fest 2007

 

Dubai Modern High School, Dubai bagged the first DPS Eco Fest Rolling Trophy while DPS Sharjah won the first runner up trophy. The event showcased competitions in debate, quizzing, painting, street play and dance exclusively based on environment themes.

  

 
 
 
 
 
 
Investiture Ceremony 2007 - Senior School

Confident faces brimming with a sense of privilege and honour as ‘first among equals’, the 82 member student Prefectorial body 2007 – 2008 received their title badges from Mr. Ashok Kumar, Principal Indian High School, Dubai in the presence of their proud parents who were diligently catching the moments in to their cameras on Sunday April 22 2007 during the investiture ceremony held at the DPS new auditorium.
